Steve Robertson, Ph.D. and Abbey Louie are the co-founders and principals of Louie Robertson Consulting, a Treasure Valley based company that specializes in leadership, team, and organizational development through training, coaching, and consulting. Collectively, they spent nearly 20 years leading organizational and leadership development programs at The Boeing Company and Hewlett-Packard. In addition to their client work, they teach leadership at Boise State University. Steve also serves on the board of the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho and the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers, and Abbey is a founding member of Next Level Women Leaders.
